Did You Get A DUI?

Did you get a DUI?  Where you at the Waste Management Open this last weekend?  Scottsdale Police just released blood alcohol content levels from those party goers at the open who participated in the “Know Your Limit” campaign.  Of the 9,026 people who participated over the weekend almost half of them were over the legal limit to drive.  Not so surprisingly, 411 of the 9,026 people stated they would have driven despite knowing their blood alcohol content level.  Of course the greatest numbers came from the Saturday, where over 200,000 people went to the open (which set a new tournament record).

If you happen to be one of the 411 people would have driven or know someone who would have driven, you probably didn’t make it far as there was a joint DUI task force in the area.  If you were arrested for DUI, you should speak with an attorney prior to your first appearance.  Arizona has some of the toughest DUI punishments in the Nation.
