Underage College Student Sues Fraternity For Injuries She Sustained After Drinking Too Much
A University of Idaho female student is suing the national chapter of one of the University’s fraternities. The suit alleges that the Fraternity was negligent in allowing her too drink to much, serving her as an underage minor and failing the keep the premises safe by failing to keep window locks or guard bars on windows.
The girl alleges that she was intoxicated and fell asleep, and that individuals took her to a bed in the upstairs, where she awoke and fell out a third-story window to the ground. Problem is her complaint and recollection contradicts the Moscow Police investigation, which determined she fell out the top bunk where she was sleeping. The police determined after she fell out of the bed she stated she wanted to go home, left the party and fell unconscious as she was walking home.
