Rep. John Kavanagh Wants A Ballot Petition To Repeal The AMMA

According to KTAR , John Kavangh (Rep) of Fountain Hills has introduced a resolution that would create a referendum on the 2014 ballot that would repeal the AMMA.  He basis his belief that the public would repeal the law because according to ADHS 90% of the 34,000 card holders cite chronic pain as the qualifying medical condition.

This clearly an issue where the elected politicians do not represent the majority of the state’s populous’ opinion on this matter, where do you stand?’
